No clue.what they mean.... but if you are good with tools maybe this is the deal of the century.... WE WILL BE REVIEWING OTHER SIMILAR PRODUCTS - because sandblasters CAN BE REAL USEFUL... but if nothing else you could turn it into a sprinkler or a garden hose..... DETAILS ARE COMING... SO MAYBE WAIT A MINUTE ON THIS ONE.
